Live2D model and character designs are not subjects to additional commercial pricing and automatically receive monetization rights. However this does not allow you to sell the model/photoshop files for profit.

Terms of service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service:
1. PAYMENT
Commissions should be paid upfront before starting. You can pay in 2 times if the price is above 800 EUR. All commissions have a 5% transaction fee.
2. DEADLINE
You will receive an estimate of the time required for your commission and be notified if any delays occur. All commissions have a default deadline of 4 months unless mentioned otherwise.
3. REFUND
I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time. Upon payment, you can decide to cancel your commission and get 50% of your money back until I complete the sketch phase. After that point, no refunds are possible unless I'm entirely at fault for missing the deadline, in which case you are eligible for a partial refund in normal conditions or full refund in case I didn't start it.
4. REVISIONS
For commissions that include revisions, I will message you multiple times during the process to exchange feedback. You can make minor changes but cannot backtrack previous steps.
5. PRIVACY/NDA
I reserve the right to share the commission and wip on online platforms (including Patreon/Gumroad) unless you request a partial or full privacy plan.
6. PERSONAL-USE RIGHTS
You have the permission to print and display the commission in your personal space, use it as profile picture, post it on social media as long as I'm credited.
7. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
This gives you the permission to use the commission for promotional materials (stream graphics, website banners, book covers, advertising posters, etc.) or produce merchandise (printed directly on keychains, mousepads, t-shirts, etc.) depending on the license. Commercial rights are exclusive to the holder of the license.
